职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Monitor procurement markets and processes.
2. Set up, qualify and supervise potential new suppliers.
3. Qualify and supervise potential new suppliers.
4. Assess supplier flexibility, quality, risk and reliability. Develop and modify methods for evaluating suppliers.
5. Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts.
6. Continually analyze processes, tools and identify potential for improvement based on company strategy changes.
7. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to improve workflows (incl. Change Control, CAPA...)
8. Manage or participate to cross-site project.
9. Support supplier audits. 10. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor / Manager.
任职资格:
1.B.s. or above. Major in Pharmaceutical engineering,Chemistry, Biology, Business management,etc.
2.Minimum 5 years in professional experience in strategic purchasing negotiating contracts/framework agreements, purchasing conditions, with expertise in supplier management and risk management.
3. The ability to work in transversal organization and to lead projects. Experience working in a multinational company that required communication with overseas locations is important.
4. Strong analysis skills, judgment and anticipation skills, negotiation skills.
5. A high level of skill in using SAP MM, Microsoft software, especially Excel, is also important.
6. Fluent in English.
