岗位职责

岗位职责：1.对PCB、PCBA、电子元件，组装设备等的测试和分析
2.分析技术规格和文件，原理图，产品硬件，现场组装过程和质量控制
3.确定质量问题，设计问题，组装过程中的问题，制定解决方案并提供报告。
4通过跟进项目进度，协调资源，解决问题来保证项目进度。
work contents:1.Test and analysis of PCBAs,electronic components,assembled devices,ect.
2.Analyzing the technical specifications and documents ,schematic diagrams,hardware of the products,onsite assembling process and quality control.
3 determing quality issues,design issues, assembling process issues, elaborate solutions and providing reports.
4 maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress,coordinating activities,resolving issues.

任职要求

任职资格要求：
1、工程学学士学位（电子方向）；
2、至少2年相关工作经验；
3、熟悉现代电子组件和SoC的知识；
4、具备设备测试知识，例如：示波器、RF测试仪、频谱分析仪、电池 万用表、电子负载及电源；熟悉相关的技术知识，以及对技术图纸的理解，例如机械和原理图，布局和文档等。
额外要求：对EMS市场，元器件供应商，创新的软件和硬件解决方案的现状有深入的了解； 具有扎实的制造工艺标准，设备知识（对SMT生产和测试设备设置有详细的了解） PCBA设计知识。
语言要求：中文，英语能作为工作语言，懂俄罗斯语更佳。
Qualifications： 1、Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electronics)；
2、at least 2 years of work experience as a hardward engineer；
3、 knowledge about modern electronic components and SoC；
4、 Robust knowledge of testing equipment such as :oscilloscopes, RF testers, spectrum analyzers,batterires testers,multimeters,electronic load, power supply and ect.5 technical knowledges and understanding of technical drawings such as Mechanical and Schematics Diagrams and layouts and documentation.
As an advantage:high level of knowledges about current situation in the market of EMS,component suppliers,innovative software and hardware solutions; Robust knowledge about manufacturing processes ,standards,equipment(detail understanding for SMT production and testing equipment settings);PCBA design knowledge.
