Job scope: Organize the formulation of quality management standards (procedure documents, operation instructions and management methods). Organize the formulation of quality improvement plan (continuous improvement). Organize the formulation of various management systems and working procedures of the department. Qualification: Be familiar with ISO9001 / IATF16949, ISO14001 system and VDA standard. And GRnR and Kappa skills. Knowledge of quality management, site management, supplier management, customer communication skills, etc. Capable of writing reports and plans. College diploma or above major in 6 years or above working experience in injection moulding product inspection. Familiar with inspection process and requirements of plastic products, can make inspection instructions, exception handling products and customer complaint, such as 8D report, site quality control and analysis, quality and inspection tools use, liaise with the quality, ensure quality standards. Familiar with SAP, EXCEL and PPT. English reading and writing.
