工作职责：
1. Manage a warehouse team with 20+ people. 负责管理一个20+人的仓库团队。
2. Provide supervision on tasks associated with material handling such as Receiving, put away, picking and materials in/out in SAP. 对与生产物料的相关任务提供监督，例如SAP中的收货，收货，领料和进/出物料。
3. Provide agile service on material receiving and picking to meet production requirement. 提供敏捷的物料接收和拣配服务，以满足生产要求。
4. Inventory management to assure materials are stored in safe, secure and high accurate condition. 对库存进行管理以确保物料以安全，可靠和高精度的状态存储。
5. Process standardization and optimization, SOP creation. 流程标准化和优化，创建SOP。
6. Cost control, discipline control, safety awareness promotion, teammates performance evaluation. 负责成本控制，员工纪律管理、安全意识提升和绩效评估。
任职资格：
1. College degree or above, 3-5 years of warehouse management experience. 大专或以上学历，3-5年仓库管理经验；
2. 1 to 2 years’ experience in electronic field; 1-2年电子行业相关工作背景。
3. Fluent in English of read and write. Oral English could communicate simply. 英语读写流利，口语可进行简单交流；
4. Lean/Kaizen project experience is preferred but not mandatory. 最好有精益 / Kaizen 项目经验，但不作强制要求。
5. Good leadership and coaching skills, Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion; 良好的领导技能和培训技能，能对同时进行的多项工作进行评估，优先排序和解决问题，确保及时准确完成。
